PRIVACY POLICY
Junk N Stuff LLC, doing business as Pitch-It Junk Removal (“Pitch-It,” “we,” “us”), runs pitchitpeoria.com. This page explains what information we collect when you use the site, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain English.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out the quote form you may share your name, phone number, email address, city or ZIP code, a description of what you need hauled, and the best time to reach you. Name is required and we need either a phone number or an email address so we can get back to you. Everything else is optional.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads, which set cookies and collect information such as the pages you visit, how you arrived at the site, your approximate location, your device and browser type, and whether you called us or sent the form. This data is aggregated and does not identify you by name.
We do not knowingly collect any other personal information, and we do not collect payment details through this website.
How we use it
- To contact you about your quote and to schedule and perform the service you asked about. We may reach you by phone, text message or email using the details you provided.
- To keep a record of the requests we receive so that a problem with email delivery does not lose your request.
- To understand how people find and use the site, and to measure whether our advertising is working.
- To comply with the law and to protect our business, for example by filtering spam submissions.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site, and they process your information only on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts the site, delivers your form submission to us, and stores a copy of each submission.
- Resend delivers the email that notifies us of your request.
- Google provides Google Analytics and Google Ads. You can read about how Google uses data from sites like ours at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of Pitch-It, our customers or others.
Cookies and advertising
Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies and similar technologies to measure site traffic and ad performance, including conversion tracking, which tells us when a visitor who clicked one of our ads later contacts us. You can control this in a few ways:
- Opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com.
- Block Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt out browser add on.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works fine without them.
How long we keep it
We keep quote and service records for as long as we reasonably need them to run the business, respond to follow up questions, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s default settings for our account.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and your form submission is encrypted in transit. We limit access to your information to the people who need it to help you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email admin@pitchitpeoria.com or call (309) 204-4369 and we will take care of it. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
To stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP to any message.
Children
This site is intended for adults arranging junk removal services. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update this page and the effective date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
